Since 2007, Paradigm Family Medicine has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)/American Diabetes Association Diabetes Physician Recognition Program.  The NCQA is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. 

The Diabetes Physician Recognition Program is a voluntary effort designed to identify physicians who provide comprehensive diabetes care consistent with established quality standards. 

This distinction is very important to the entire staff at Paradigm Family Medicine. I thank them for working  together to deliver excellent, efficient and patient-centered care.
