What is the refill policy?
 
  Medication refills are processed during office hours.  We will make every effort to refill your medications the same day as your request.  You may be asked to make an appointment if your condition or the nature of the medication merits ongoing monitoring.  If your pharmacy indicates to you that you no longer have refills for your chronic medications, please request that your pharmacy fax the request to (425) 917-0705.  Refill requests that are received at the end of the day may not be addressed until the next business day.  After-hours refill requests are discouraged.  Certain medications can not be refilled by telephone or by fax.  These medications must be written and this, in most cases, will necessitate an appointment.
